These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Little Bedtime Stories mobile application and website provided by ScoopLabs Tech.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. User-Generated Content: Our app allows you to record audio (User Content). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create. By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to store and transmit the content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the app to create or share any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property: The original stories, illustrations, audio tracks, and overall design of the app are the exclusive property of ScoopLabs Tech and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
